GCN Conference 2011: Schedule

The GCN Conference begins Thursday, January 6, at 5 p.m. and ends Sunday, January 9, at 1 p.m.

A pre-conference service project often takes place before GCN conferences; details will be announced shortly.

The final 2011 schedule has not yet been set, but it is expected to be similar to last year's schedule, listed below.

5-8 p.m. - Registration
8 p.m. - General Session 1 * & Welcome Activities

FRIDAY, Jan. 7
9-10:30 a.m. - General Session 2 *
LUNCH/FREE TIME
1:30-3:00 p.m. - Breakout Session A **

4:00-5:30 p.m. - Breakout Session B **
DINNER/FREE TIME
8:30 p.m. - Concert/Special Event

* General Sessions include music, worship, announcements, skits, and speakers. These are fun times that everyone comes together to be in God's presence.

** Breakout Sessions offer different classes and small group activities in different rooms at the same time, so you can choose the groups and topics that appeal to you. More details will be available at the conference. Popular topics from past conferences have included The Bible and Homosexuality, Christian Dating, Being Still in God's Presence, and more.
